Our delivery service areas are Leicestershire, Warwickshire, and Northamptonshire. Delivery charge is dependent on distance except you are picking up. Collection can be made from all over the UK. Use the booking form to express your preferred means of delivery or collection.

returns & exchanges

None of our cakes or cooked goods are returnable. If you get a quote kindly make deposit same week as any price increase will affect and cause a change in quote for orders that have not yet been deposited for.

Booking is 50% of your total price unless otherwise agreed. Changes to this will only be for orders over £300 where you can pay 3 or time depending on the total cost. Deposits are not refundable however you can use your deposit towards another cake up to 3 months from your original date.

We make a refund if we are only cancelling your order.

All or any balance left on your orders are to be paid latest 1 week to your date for birthday cakes and 2 weeks to your date for wedding cakes. We do not take responsibility for cakes once it leaves our premises or after it has been delivered.

damaged or faulty goods

Our cakes come in packaging boxes and in great shape, please take care in handling after pick up or delivery as we would not be held responsible for damages after delivery is made.
